The Guggenheim Ceiling, NYC

D245_PA200014GugenheimWEB I love winding up The Guggenheim spirals to the top of the museum. Frank out did himself creating this one. The exhibit we saw, entitled Zero, was truly a "zero" (a survey of the German artists' group Zero). Not my favorite…it was just plain bizarre, but the building itself is always worth the price of admission.

Street Performer, NYC

D239_PA180163HumanNYWEB We ran in to this street performer near the Brooklyn Bridge. There were three guys together doing different dance moves when we showed up. There was a fairly large crowd and it ended up being a long show (by street standards) where they conned many in the audience to fork over $20 to watch one of the guys jump over five audience members. This fellow here in the pink beanie in particular was very convincing. I could not believe how many people (mostly tourists) parted with a twenty.
